- You may return most new, unused, and resalable items within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Custom orders or items that have been personalized may not be returned.
- Chemicals and fuel may not be returned.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns must include an authorized Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service department otherwise credits will be denied.
Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs of an item. Shipping is not refundable on items returned due to buyers remorse.
Products must be returned in the original packaging and must be complete. Credits will be denied if items are not in resalable condition. Please do not write on any boxes. We would also ask that you include your RMA authorization on the inside of the box. We recommend you ship your return using a shipping method that is trackable.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item(s) and determine the credit the amount. Credits will be returned to the original method of payment. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you’ll be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item.
